SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

1. Shipment Processing Time:


All orders will be processed within 1–2 business days. Please note that orders will not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. In the event of a high volume of orders, there may be a delay of a few days. We kindly ask for your understanding and recommend allowing additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will promptly notify you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:


At present, PureFlow only ships to the Continental United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, and Armed Forces Pacific. Our shipping options are as follows:

- Standard Shipping: Free (Transit Time: 4-8 business days, excluding handling time of 1-2 business days).
- Priority Shipping: $24.99 USD (Transit Time: 1-2 business days, excluding handling time of 2-3 business days).

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the selected shipping type (Standard or Priority). Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur. To ensure a smooth delivery, we kindly request that you double-check your billing and shipping address when placing an order, as we are unable to reroute packages once they have been shipped.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking:


Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active and for the shipment details to be available.

DUTIES, TAXES, AND CUSTOMS

4. Duties and Taxes:


Please note that PureFlow is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. Any fees, such as tariffs or taxes, imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Sales Tax:


PureFlow levies sales tax in the following states: Illinois, Hawaii, Tennessee, Missouri, Florida, Kansas, and Georgia.
 

DAMAGES AND CLAIMS

6. Damages:


PureFlow holds no liability for any products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier immediately to file a claim. It is important to retain all packaging materials and damaged goods for the claims process.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES

7. Returns Policy:


Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in the original packaging. Additionally, we require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete the return process.

Please note that certain situations may result in partial refunds or the denial of a refund:

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

8. Return Process:


To initiate a return or exchange, please follow the steps outlined below:

Step 1: Contact our customer service within 30 days of receiving your order to explain the reason for the return/exchange and request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please note that only returned packages with an RA number will be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of packages that are sent back without our authorization. In such cases, you will be responsible for any resulting losses.
